Communities In Schools Chatham County

https://cischatham.org/

Communities In Schools Chatham County (formerly Chatham County Together!) was established in 1989 in response to the lack of delinquency prevention services for students in Chatham County.  Their mission is to surround students with a network of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life.

Since their founding, they have expanded our offerings to other youth, ages 5-18 that are referred by Chatham County Schools, the Department of Social Services, the Division of Juvenile Justice, mental health providers, and parents/guardians. Youth are referred for services due to challenges inside and outside of the classroom. All of their services are free of charge and offered both in English and Spanish.
